4) What information is collected?

The communication of your Personal Data is in most cases deliberate. Obligations may require us to verify the accuracy of some of your Personal Data. In such cases, you may be requested to do so.

How is your personal data collected?

In order to provide its Service, EI collects Personal Data about the User. Your Personal Data may be collected :

Personal data collected on individuals

Personal data collected concerning legal entities

- Surname, first name, position, e-mail address, mobile telephone number of the legal representative of the legal entity ;
- Company name, Siren number, IBAN, number of employees, sector of activity, collective bargaining agreement, data relating to your satisfaction, data relating to your exchanges with services and any other data that seems necessary within the framework of the management and follow-up of your customer account.

The purposes for which we collect Personal Data

Your Personal Data is processed in order to provide you with the most appropriate response to your needs. In the course of using the Services, your Personal Data may be processed in order to :

  • Sales relationship management ;
  • Managing your contract ;
  • Management, billing and follow-up of files;
  • Monitoring the quality of Services and training staff (particularly when you contact our services by telephone);
  • Managing unpaid bills and disputes ;
  • Collecting user feedback;

5) Personal data retention period

Depending on the specific case, AR has defined separate retention periods. Care is taken to ensure that retention periods are appropriate and comply with legal time limits.
To establish the length of time Personal Data is kept, EI applies the following criteria:

  • Prospect Personal Data: is kept for thirty-six (36) months. The starting point of the retention period is the last exchange you had with one of our departments.
  • The customer's personal data: is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then sixty (60) months after the end of the contract.
  • Data related to monitoring the quality of Services and employee training: are kept for a period of six (6) months from the date of registration.

EI may retain certain data beyond the above-mentioned periods in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations.
The User is hereby informed that EI may store personal data in order to compile statistics concerning its Users. In this case, the data will be anonymized and cannot be reconstituted.

6) To whom are your Personal Data transmitted?

In order for you to benefit from the best of our expertise, your Personal Data may be communicated to :

  • Internal departments: marketing, accounting, communications, sales...
  • Our partners & Subcontractors: partners of EI who may process Personal Data on their behalf or Subcontractors who process your Personal Data solely on behalf of EI and in accordance with EI's instructions.

When subcontracting is used, it is ensured that the contractual relationships are subject to strict supervision within the meaning of Article 28 of the RGPD. In the context of the provision of Services, the use of Subcontractors is possible for the following operations:

EI endeavors to keep your Personal Data within the European Union. EI may modify the Policy at any time. 12) Applicable law and competent courts

The Policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the event that an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Douai Court of Appeal, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
